Return Policy
At RDP Decoración, we offer a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days after receiving your artwork to request a return.
For the return to be accepted, the artwork must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to initiate a return
To start a return, you can contact us at info@rdpdecoracion.com. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the artwork is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work on a solution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the artwork.
Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and post the refund.
